There are so many common threads going
through my conversations with friends these
days, I'll bet you'll find some of these things
happening to you also. Change is rampant
and there is no change without growth and
everything we ever let go of has claw marks
on it. We seem to all be in transition to better
places in our lives but not without some
major spring cleaning. I have rented the
farmhouse I live in for 20 years, the landlords
have put it on the market, holy crap, I have 20
years of stuff to sift through in case I have to
move. It is time to simplify possessions and
just forget about my "collections". Gosh,
don't even want to think about letting go of
some of my books. Even though I have more
than I will ever read again for the second or
third time.
And Time, it is accelerating, seems we are in
this netherland between pre-2012 and the
new consciousness that is predicted by the
Mayans to occur in 2012, and we are just on
this bridge between worlds. It feels unstable
at times, like we have a foot in both worlds.
And Sleep, when I do get to sleep, it is
riddled with crazy dreams & it's a short sleep.

| There is no doubt a shift of consciousness is happening and whether we go willingly or by a kick in the pants it is our choice, so I for one am trying to go with the flow. Here's one of my favorite poems about FLOW ...... Flow Be as water is without friction. Flow around the edges of those within your path. Surround within your ever moving depths those who come to rest there – enfold them, while never for a moment holding on. Accept whatever distance others are moved within your flow. Be with them gently as far as they allow your strength to take them and fill with your own being the remaining space when they are left behind. When dropping down life’s rapids froth and bubble into fragments if you must knowing that the one of you now many will just as many times be one again. And when you have gone as far as you can go quietly await your next beginning. Human beings are very much like drops of water in an endless ocean. Our worth comes from our role as distinct individuals as well as our role as an integral part of something larger than ourselves. Simply awakening to this concept can help you rediscover the copious and awe-inspiring worth within each and every one of us ....Barbara |

This past Sunday was a very significant day! There was a solar eclipse which
means that this is the perfect time to start new projects!
A Solar eclipse is a very special New Moon. Things that
are begun between the eclipse and the next Full Moon ,
seeds we plant, projects we undertake, contacts we make, and intentions
...we set, take on added significance 6 months down the road.
You can do this anytime between the Solar Eclipse and the next Full
Moon. Take out a sheet of paper and a pen. Find yourself a nice quiet
spot. On the paper, make a list of 100 things you want. Don’t hold back!
Don’t let your inner voice tell you that you can’t have it.
It will be
hard to think of things after the first 50, but keep at it. Be positive:
“I will get a raise,” not “I want a raise.”
We are all responsible for the oil spill in the Gulf because we are part of the
demand for fossil fuels for our vehicles, so we must participate in it's healing.....
Here is a prayer you can send out to help the healing.......
"I send the energy of love and gratitude to the waters and all living creatures
in the Gulf of Mexico and its surroundings.
To the whales, dolphins, pelicans, fish, shellfish, planktons,
corals, algae ... to all living creatures ... I am sorry.
Please forgive me. Thank you.
